Place ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the whiskey, vermouth, amaro, Luxardo cherry liqueur, sage leaves, and bitters. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass. Strain the drink into a coupe cocktail glass. Add 3 Maraschino Cherries and enjoy!
