Try it in a dirty chai!

"First time I had this ironically in a dirty chai, when the barista ran out of spicy chai mix. I asked for cayenne and he said 'we have some spicy bitters that may taste better' so a few dashes of that, sold. Now I can't have a dirty chai without it, without feeling as though something is missing. Not spicy enough to ruin a coffee, but just enough to almost trick you into thinking it is spicy, adds a sharpness to the end that is very good. Try it out."
