Spicy Pimm's Cup Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz Pimm's Liquor
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 3 dashes Strongwater Wildfire Bitters
• Top with soda water

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice into a collins glass. Garnish with citrus wedges or wheels, mint sprig or cherry.
